Terms

Vases and hardware. Where we supply them, all vases, containers and hardware stay the property of Yamie Floral Studio. Lost, damaged or unreturned items are invoiced at retail replacement value.
Pausing and cancelling. We need at least 2 days' written notice to pause deliveries, for example over an office closure, or to cancel the service.
Payment. Monthly upfront payments are due before the first delivery of the cycle. Per delivery invoices are payable on receipt. Late payment may suspend the service.
Freshness. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery if anything arrives less than fresh and we will replace it at no charge.
