● Return Policy
1. General Returns
At Yamie Floral Studio, we are dedicated to providing the freshest, most beautiful floral arrangements. We source the highest quality flowers and meticulously craft each bouquet to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:
If you or the recipient are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to assess the condition of the flowers, as proper care is essential for their longevity.
- Proof is required. To help us understand the problem and assist you promptly, please provide a photograph of the unsatisfactory product.
● Refund Policy
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. To be eligible, the item must meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Unacceptable Quality: The flowers arrived wilted, with broken stems, or were otherwise in poor condition upon delivery.
- Incorrect Order: The product delivered was not what you ordered (e.g., wrong bouquet, incorrect flowers).
- Non-Delivery: The order was not delivered due to a confirmed error on our part.
When a valid complaint is received, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement of the original floral arrangement on the next available delivery date.
- A full refund to the original payment method.
- A store credit of equivalent value for a future purchase.
Refunds and replacements are subject to a product review. The return of the original item may be required, and additional courier fees may apply for fulfillment.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
3. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot offer a refund or replacement in the following instances:
- “Change of Heart”: We cannot accept returns if you or the recipient simply do not like the style, colour, or choice of flowers.
- Customer Error: The order was not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete recipient information provided by the customer.
- Recipient Refusal: The recipient refused the delivery.
- Improper Care: The flowers have not been cared for properly after delivery, according to the care instructions provided with your order.
4. Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation request is received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- We cannot cancel orders that have already been prepared and are out for delivery. In this case, no refund will be issued.

While we strive to match the flowers in your order exactly, due to seasonal availability and the nature of fresh products, our florists may occasionally need to make substitutions. We promise to substitute with a flower of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall style and colour palette of the arrangement. We are not obligated to offer a refund for such substitutions, but we will always aim to create a beautiful final product.
