01. Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We are a fully online florist and deliver across Gauteng, South Africa. You can order from anywhere, including outside Gauteng, as long as the delivery address is within Gauteng.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes. Order before 12:00 (noon) and we will deliver the same day within Gauteng. Orders placed after 12:00 are delivered the next day. Online ordering is open 24/7.
How does delivery work, and do you use a courier?
All deliveries are handled by our own in-house drivers, not an external courier. This lets us look after your flowers and time each delivery carefully.
02. Costs & payment
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated by area at checkout, based on your delivery address. Orders over R750 qualify for free delivery within Gauteng.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure card payments through PayFast. For your security, we do not store your full card details on our servers.
03. Your flowers & order
What happens if a flower I ordered is not available?
Fresh flowers are seasonal and stock can vary. If a specific stem or colour is not available, we may substitute it with a flower of equal or greater value, keeping the overall style, look and colour as close as possible to your chosen arrangement.
Can I add a personal card message?
Yes. You can add a personal message at checkout and we will include it with your order on a gift card.
04. Changes & contact
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as the order has not been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we can. Once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
